Let’s work together.

We are now accepting mail in quilts from within the United States! If you are local to Western Massachusetts and looking to bring your quilt top in, please use Book an Appointment to select your in-person appointment time.

For mail in edge-to-edge quilting, please fill out the following form. Then you will wrap everything in a plastic bag for safety and drop it in the mail. Once we have it, we will get back to you within 2 business days to verify or finesse the details: confirming your custom or panto design or thread colors, talking about estimates, and turnaround scheduling. We will update you once it’s complete (or you can check for sneak peeks on our Instagram!) and ship it back via USPS Priority Mail once the final invoice is paid.

Before sending, review our tips on preparing your quilt for the longarm. This includes trimming threads, securing seams, making sure all pins are removed, pressing your quilt top, and indicating which edge of the quilt is the top. If you are including batting and backing, they must be 8 inches larger than your quilt.

Note: Rush turnarounds are available for edge-to-edge and computerized quilting only. Please email before submitting for hand-guided custom quilting to confirm scheduling availability if you are on a tight deadline.
